The Online course comes in 2 versions: CRK–AHOA for hands–on practitioners and CRK–Best Practices for ALL healthcare practitioners. The Online course encompasses the same focus and consists of 12 chapters to be completed at the learner's own pace.
The instructional material is supplemented with practical exercises and links to online resources. At the end there is a comprehensive mail–in test. A successful score (75%) will earn a certificate of completion and applicable Continuing Education Credits. One rewrite is permitted.

Whether we use standard or customized forms (be they paper or electronic), it matters how they are formatted and it matters that we develop consistent habits for using them.

Within the context of each of the half dozen forms found in a patient's file, each version of the course material emphasizes the four goals of record keeping.

100% of students feel more knowledgeable and confident with keeping good patient records after taking the course.

"It is the studying you do after your school days that really counts. Otherwise, you only know that which everyone else knows."

" I really enjoyed your course, and have gained great valuable knowledge from it. It was clear and engaging, and exactly the course I needed right now!
Calgary, AB

" The content was actually so much more interesting than I expected it to be. I studied in Ontario so alot of this had been drilled into my head in the past but I forgot how important it all was and how much I can improve my client care. I have shared the link to your course with my staff with a glowing recommendation.
Banff, AB

" ...thank you for this course! I found the material to be well written and engaging. I plan to transition to a paperless system within the next few months and having gone over this material before will help me ensure I have all the proper forms in place. Taking this course is causing me to review how I am currently keeping records and now feel more motivated to improve my system.
Whistler, BC

" I just completed Dr. Armstrong's online Record Keeping course and I have to say it was exceptional on so many levels. No question after completing the course I feel more confident in my ability to manage and maintain client files but was surprised in the value of the content for other aspects of my massage practice. The course content is clearly laid out in detailed and digestible chapters that reviewed and tested my knowledge of effective interview and SOAP note skills, orthopedic testing and assessment. I would recommend this course for any therapist wishing to sharpen their skills to safeguard their practice and the health of their clients. I was also impressed with the convenience of delivery of course content and with Dr. Armstrong's prompt response to emails and questions."
Edmonton, AB

"I loved Dawn's playful, enthusiastic approach to note taking. She made the process fun and I came away from the course with a 20 line To–Do list that has livened up my note taking.
I feel a lot more connected with my note taking ever since!
It's a great course.
Glenn K., RMT, Vancouver, BC

"Nice mix of technical details along with real world examples."
Stephen T, Edmonton, AB
